Delivery
is based on a sliding scale starting at £8.00 for orders that
up to 5kg. This is based on Initial City Link Next Day delivery, and
we will do our upmost do dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on
the same day.
The
payment methods we accept are all major credit and debit cards, BACS
transfer, cheque, and cash in hand if you are to pick up the goods.
Our
returns policy is as follows:
- Return
of any product will not be accepted unless prior approval had been
obtained from Conservation Resources UK Ltd, and then only in exceptional circumstances.
- Goods
made to order as a bespoke product for customers are not returnable.
- Goods
must be in perfect condition otherwise Conservation Resources reserves
the right not to accept returned product.
- Handling charge does not apply if the need
for return has been caused by our error.
