A small update to help us keep orders running smoothly

From Monday 14th September, we are making a small change to the way lower-value orders are handled, so that we can continue to process, pack and dispatch every order with the care and attention our customers expect. As with many businesses, we have seen overheads, administration and fulfilment costs increase, and there is now a financial aspect to processing very small orders. For this reason, it is no longer viable for us to process orders under £40.00 nett value without a small additional charge.

Customers will still be able to place orders under £40.00. Where an order is below £40.00, a £15.00 small order surcharge will be added at checkout, in addition to standard postage and packaging. Orders of £40.00 or more will not incur the surcharge.

We hope this clear approach gives customers flexibility when they need to place a smaller order, while helping us maintain a reliable and sustainable service. It also supports our continued commitment to manufacturing and providing high-quality conservation materials for the heritage community, including archives, museums, libraries, conservators and organisations caring for important collections. We believe our customers will understand the reasoning behind this decision, and we are grateful for your continued support and understanding.
