Refund policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund custom-made orders, such as bespoke boxes and polyester pockets, except in the event of a material defect.

If you do not feel your product meets your expectations of quality, does not match the description online or you have simply changed your mind with your purchase, please let us know. Any goods returned due to no fault of Conservation Resources UK Ltd are liable to a 20% handling charge.
Returned goods can be refunded only in perfect condition. 
Shipping costs will not be refunded. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Your statutory consumer rights are not effected.

You may return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. In the event that you wish you return a product please contact us to arrange this.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
