A machine-made wet absorbent paper that will absorb up to 2½ times its own weight (280 gsm). When saturated with water, this paper has an unusually high resistance to rupture or disintegration. Originally developed for pressing and drying documents, but ideal for drying hand made prints and botanical specimens. MultiSorb may discolour with age so it is not therefore suitable for mounting of interleaving purposes. Sold in packs of 25.
