Upright Archival Storage Boxes

Upright boxes hold material on its edge, like books on a shelf, so a run of boxes takes less shelf depth and each one can be taken down by itself. They suit documents, pamphlets and magazines, and photographic material such as negatives, lantern slides and glass plates.

Upright Document Boxes come in six sizes in 1.3 mm acid-free grey-blue boxboard with metal edges, with a pull string on the deeper sizes. The Upright Document Box A5+ has a double-thickness base for extra strength. For photographic collections, the negative and glass plate boxes take 35 mm and 120 film, lantern slides, and plates from 4 × 5 to 10 × 12 inches, with about 20 plates to each 64 mm wide box.
